The Oakville Arts Council invites individual artists and arts collectives to submit applications for grant funding through the Artist Project Fund. These funds are a secondary stream of the Cultural Grants Program which is funded by the Town of Oakville.
The program is intended to support the creation and delivery of projects expressed through a wide range of artistic disciplines including visual, music/performing, literary, digital and heritage arts generated by emerging, established and professional artists and arts collectives residing within Oakville.
Applications for funding for organizations open in the spring of each year, typically April. Deadlines for applications will be published in our weekly e-news. It is highly recommended that you join as a member or subscriber so that you do not miss the deadlines.
New Applicants:
If this is your first time applying for funding from this program, or if you have not applied in the previous year(s), please review the eligibility criteria before applying. It is highly recommended that you arrange a meeting with Bernadette Ward at least three weeks prior to the application deadline. Email bernadette@oakvillearts.com or call (844) 625-2787.
