Grantees from either the Cultural Grants organizations stream or the Artist Project Fund for individual artists and collectives are required to publicly acknowledge receipt of the grant.
It is vitally important that grantees recognize both the Town of Oakville as the funder and the OAC as the program developer and administrator.
This recognition helps the OAC advocate for sector support by highlighting the funding's impact.
We ask you to acknowledge that you received support from the Town of Oakville and at the Oakville Arts Council in any communications related to your work, your project(s), and/or your organization’s activities for which you received our support.
In written communications, you may use the following message or something similar. Where possible, please pair with the Cultural Grants logo.
We acknowledge the support of the Town of Oakville and the Oakville Arts Council.
Use the combination OAC and Town of Oakville logo. This logo must be used in all promotional/advertising materials (both print and digital). Please note that both the OAC and the Town of Oakville have corporate identity or branding standards. This means that you may not alter the logos in any way. If you require a different format of the logo, please contact the OAC office.
