Shipping Notes

Shipment for all orders on original works of art listed in the Oakville Arts Council online store are the responsibility of the purchaser and the artist.

The Oakville Arts Council will notify the artist within 24 hours of a completed transaction. 

It is the artist’s responsibility to contact the purchaser and coordinate delivery.

The Oakville Arts Council is not responsible for any damage to or misplacement of art work
during the shipping process.

The return policy is at the discretion of each individual artist.

Use of a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is highly recommended for original works of art.
